Air Travel
The closest major airport to the conference site is Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY), located approximately 15 miles (about 20 minutes) from the Hilton New Orleans Riverside and Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
Public Transportation
Two public bus systems serve MSY: Jefferson Transit Authority (JeT) and the Regional Transit Authority (RTA). Both provide affordable options between the airport and downtown New Orleans.
JeT operates the Veterans–Airport (E1) route to City Park Avenue in New Orleans with fares of $1.50–$2.00. RTA operates the Airport Express (202) route to downtown, stopping at Elk Place at Cleveland and Union Passenger Terminal, with a fare of $1.25.
Note: Only the Regional Ride Day Pass (Le Pass) can be used on both JeT and RTA systems. The Jazzy Pass is valid only on RTA streetcars and buses within New Orleans.
Ride App Services
Ride app pickups are located outside Level 1 Baggage Claim on the middle curb.

KreweCar
Pre-booked family-friendly rides with optional car seats. Pickup at Doors 9–11 near the KreweCar sign.
Lyft
Exit Doors 7–9 and follow signs to the Fast Match line for faster pairing.
Uber
Exit Doors 9–11. Uber Reserve allows bookings up to 30 days in advance and adjusts automatically for flight changes.
Taxis
Taxi pickup is located on the Arrivals Curb outside Level 1 Baggage Claim, Door 7.
Flat rate: $36.00 from MSY to the Central Business District (CBD) or French Quarter for up to two passengers. For three or more passengers, the fare is $15.00 per passenger.
All taxis accept credit card payments.
Shuttles
Courtesy shuttles for nearby hotels and parking facilities are available outside Level 1 Baggage Claim, Doors 1–5. Rental car and economy garage shuttles pick up outside Door 9 near the Long-Term Parking Garage and operate 24/7.
Rental Car Services
The Rental Car Center, located at 600 Rental Boulevard, Kenner, LA 70062, houses ten national rental companies. Shuttle service runs every 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, from Level 1 Baggage Claim (in front of the Long-Term Parking Garage). The trip takes about 15–20 minutes.
