Registration is mandatory for all conference and workshop participants. Personal badges will be provided to identify registered participants. On-site registration and registration packet pick-up for all advanced registrations may be done at the conference registration desk. The Registration Desk is scheduled to be open during the following hours:

  • Attendees must register under one of the registration categories listed above to join the conference.
  • Registrants who are members of any of the American Automatic Control Council Societies (AIAA, AIChE, ASCE, ASME, IEEE, INFORMS APS, ISA, SCS and SIAM) may register at the Member rate.
  • Full Regular registration (both member and non-member rates) will allow the authors maximum of four submission uploads. 
  • Note that Student registration does not include a paper upload.
  • To avoid registration confusion, student registration will not open until after the Final Paper Upload Deadline, March 13th.
  • Preferred Pronouns: If you wish to have your preferred pronouns displayed on your name tag, please enter these following your name. For example, if your name is Findley Smith, you could enter “Findley Smith (she/her).”
  • Cost per paper for extra paper upload: $200 
  • Excess Page Charges: $200 per page (maximum of two beyond the six-page limit)
  • Additional Conference Banquet ticket: $130 
  • Printed Book of Abstracts (including session details): $25

If an author has uploaded a paper using his or her registration, the registration will not be refunded even if the paper is withdrawn or the author is unable to attend the conference. Other requests for a refund of the registration fee will be processed as follows:

  • Requests received by the early registration deadline of May 1, 2026, will be fully honored, and all registration charges will be 100% refunded.
  • Requests received between May 1 and May 15, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be given for requests received after May 15, 2026.
